1. Only persons above the legal age in their country, who accept the rules of the bookmaker, can place bets. Each registered user confirms that they take responsibility for their actions on the site and acknowledges the risks of gambling addiction.
2. Participation in betting is prohibited to sportspeople, coaches, referees, club owners or club management, or other persons representing their interests or influencing the outcome of events, as well as representatives of other betting companies.
3. The use of the platform may constitute illegal activity in certain countries such as the UK, Iran, Cyprus, the USA, Panama, UAE, Russia, and others. It is the user’s responsibility to check compliance with their local laws. In case of violation, the account may be blocked.
4. The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept bets without providing a reason, and to cancel bets in case of technical errors, violations of public order, or suspicions of match-fixing.
5. All calculations are made according to the data of the processing center. In case of obvious errors on the part of our employee, in the calculation of bets or violations of these terms and conditions, the bet is invalidated and paid out with odds of 1.
6. Winnings are paid within 30 days after the official announcement of the results. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. If the rules are changed, users will be informed accordingly and new bets will be accepted under the updated terms and conditions.
7. Megapari is fully compliant with the aims and main objectives of the “Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions” (CETS No. 215) as well as the relevant legal requirements. Megapari informs its customers about the chances of winning as well as the potential risks of losing.

The bookmaker company accepts bets in compliance with the established Megapari rules. In individual cases, cancellations, revision of settlements and refunds are possible. The main points of the regulations include:

• Bet cancellation – bets may be invalidated in case of technical error, incorrect odds, rule violations or known results of the event at the time of placing the bet;
• Bet acceptance – a bet is considered accepted after registration on the server and online confirmation before the start of the selected event, except for live bets. The amount of the bet must not exceed the user’s balance. The bet cannot be edited or called off after that;
• Return of bets – if a single bet is canceled, the amount will be returned to the player’s balance. In express and bet slips, the canceled events are excluded from the calculation;
• Postponed and canceled matches – if an event is postponed or canceled, the decision on the validity of bets is made based on official sources;
• Settlement of bets – is made on the basis of official results. When the event is over beforehand, intermediate results may be taken into account;
• Payouts in case of discrepancies – in similar situations, the bookmaker uses data from official sources or video recordings;
• Revision of bets calculation – in case of an error in the calculation of bets, the bookmaker has the right to conduct recalculations, while the previously made bets remain in force;
• Time limits for accepting complaints – claims on bets calculation are accepted within 10 calendar days from the end of the event.

Our company takes no responsibility when a service is unavailable due to a technical breakdown. Megapari retains the right to interrupt delivery of the service at any time in relation to any betting event without stating a reason.

Below are the basic terms and conditions for creating and administering a Megapari account.

1. A single user can only hold one account. Repeated registration using the same or new personal data is prohibited.
2. It is forbidden to use someone else’s, invalid or fake data.
3. In case of suspected fraud, violation of rules or providing false information, the account may be blocked.
4. We may request documents to verify your identity.
5. Verification may take up to 72 hours, if necessary by video conference, followed by submission of results within 5 days.
6. Failure to verify may result in cancellation of bets, account blocking and freezing of funds.
7. In case of detected violations, the account may be closed, all Megapari bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
8. If an account is inactive for 3 months, it will be blocked.
9. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of the login data and confirms the autonomy of decisions and actions.
10. If a third party gains access to the account, it is necessary to change the password and notify the company.
11. Third party management of the account is prohibited, all responsibility for account activity rests with the account owner.
12. If an account is locked, access to all connected sites will also be restricted.

1. Financial transactions can be conducted around the clock.
2. Megapari may refuse a withdrawal:
   1. if the deposit is made via another payment method;
   2. if the sum of deposits and betting amounts do not match. Bets with odds starting from 1.1 are taken into account, high-roll bets that bring insignificant profit to the balance are not accepted, opposite bets in the same activities are not counted;
   3. if a violation of the rules is detected, verification will be required before making a withdrawal.
3. It is not recommended to transfer funds through the platform without placing bets.
4. Withdrawal is possible only to the same details from which the account was funded. If several deposit methods are used, the withdrawal is distributed proportionally.
5. The company may change the withdrawal method to bank transfer or limit the available payment methods. Using other people’s details is prohibited and may result in blocked transactions.
6. In some cases, Megapari does not compensate for payment system fees and may request additional payment verification, during which time the account may be temporarily blocked. The verification may take up to 180 days.
7. The maximum current Megapari withdrawal limit is 10,000/day. Amounts higher than this require additional verification.
8. If a client does not comply with Megapari’s rules, we reserve the right to refuse the fund withdrawals to that client.

Betting at Megapari is calculated according to established principles that take into account possible changes in results, postponements of matches and other circumstances.

1. Bets are settled based on the actual result of the event, even if it changes later.
2. The start time of the events is given approximately and bets are settled on the actual start. Claims on results are accepted within 30 days after the end of the event.
3. If a match is abandoned or rescheduled for a period of longer than 48 hours, bets will be void. In live betting, if a match is interrupted and not renewed within 5 hours, bets will be converted at odds of 1.00, except for already determined outcomes.
4. If a bettor withdraws before the start of the contest, bets on that player will be cancelled. If a player withdraws during the tournament, bets on completed stages remain valid, the rest are cancelled.
5. In team sports, the substitution of players does not affect the bets, but in doubles matches the change of at least one participant leads to the calculation of bets with odds of 1.00 or even cancellation.
6. If an international match is moved to a neutral ground, the bets will stand. If it is moved to another country, bets are cancelled.
7. If there are several winners, the odds are divided by their number. In controversial situations, the bookmaker has the final decision. If the sources of information about the results diverge, the company is guided by the data of official sources or TV broadcasts.
8. Special rules for sports have priority over the general Megapari terms and conditions.
